Seasonal Tax Manager EA/CPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager EA/CPA (Seasonal) to lead a remote team during the tax season.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and motivation to the team via various communication channels
• Monitor team performance and implement training and policy updates
• Manage tax accuracy and ensure resolution of customer-facing issues

Required Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney
• 2+ years of experience in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 15+
• Strong technical skills with professional tax software and Microsoft 365
• Access to a dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
• Availability to work from early November through April 2026, averaging 40+ hours per week
