Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and reporting packages, along with variance analysis for management
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and provide financial insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience, either corporate or public
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/reporting tools is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in utilizing AI for accounting process automation
