Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies and procedures
• Support business partners in enhancing payroll procedures and internal controls
• Manage equity processing, benefit auditing, and year-end reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience
• Experience processing payroll for 5,000+ employees
• Working knowledge of ADP systems and Workday HRMS
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
• Understanding of federal and state compliance regulations
