Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Management Specialist- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding patient and insurance credit accounts, ensuring proper claims filing and account updates
• Process refunds or credit reversals in accordance with departmental policies
• Prepare and manage government monthly credit reporting and ensure revenue integrity through analysis of Accounts Receivables reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 4 years of experience in medical office or billing, collections, or coding
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9/10 codes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Preferred certifications include CPC, CRCA, CMIS, or RHIT
