• 1.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on strategic sourcing and/or talent intelligence
• Proven expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms
• Strong analytical skills for data collection and interpretation
• Experience sourcing for highly technical engineering roles
