Compensation Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation & Equity Operations Associate to support their People team in managing compensation and equity programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with system setup, data entry, and user support for compensation platforms
  • Review and process team member changes such as promotions and pay adjustments
  • Help administer quarterly incentive programs, including data collection and payout processing
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of compensation experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations preferred
  • Hands-on experience with ADP required
  • Understanding of compensation and/or equity programs
  • High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software
