Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and develop hiring strategies
• Source and prescreen candidates, while facilitating the interview process and managing candidate experiences
• Drive offer approval and negotiation processes, providing candidates with necessary information for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in business positions
• Proven ability to assess talent beyond CV/resume matching
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is preferred
• Metrics and data-driven approach to recruitment
