Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual proficiency is required
• Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Some knowledge of insurance billing is preferred; full training will be provided
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Able to handle pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
