Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Agent Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from insurance agents nationwide and assist them with the ACA enrollment process
• Provide troubleshooting support for the platform and answer questions regarding applications and referrals
• Adhere to support protocols while delivering efficient and empathetic service

Required Qualifications

• Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
• Previous customer service experience
• 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
• Ability to collaborate and multitask effectively in team settings
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work
