Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Agent- HIH.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact assigned medical providers by phone and encourage chart submissions
• Log call transactions and meet minimum call volume and quality requirements
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and respond to provider inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of call center or outbound sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows applications
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Good judgment, patience, and diplomacy
• Ability to adhere to privacy regulations and maintain accurate records
