Facility Activation Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Activation Operations Associate to support and enhance relationships with clinical facility partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to educate new clinical facility partners on the platform and assist with adoption
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for facility partners
• Suggest process improvements for facility onboarding and collaborate with marketing to develop effective materials

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Desire to work in a startup environment with a proactive mindset
• Experience with HubSpot, Excel, Tableau, and JIRA is a strong plus
• Passionate about improving patient outcomes in healthcare
