NOC Technician II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Technician II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second level support to resolve complex technical problems
• Monitor network using provided software and troubleshoot incidents
• Provide 24x7 support for the Wholesail Networks system and document issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Telecom Network Operations Center experience required
• Knowledge of network protocols and networking technologies required
• CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP, or JNCIA SCTE, NCTI Certifications preferred
• Basic understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnet address standards preferred
