Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor (Remote - Work from Anywhere).

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to members' queries regarding products and services
• Monitoring member accounts and addressing issues professionally
• Onboarding prospective members and conducting Zoom calls for assistance

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
• Proficient in English, with an additional language being a plus
• Experience in the fintech or banking industry is ideal
• Familiarity with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack is advantageous
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency environment is a significant plus
