Build and maintain relationships with directors and operations teams
Manage recruitment processes, including initial phone screenings and campus recruiting events
Develop marketing strategies to meet hiring goals and ensure minimum staffing requirements are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology
Experience with ICIMS is a plus
