Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with directors and operations teams
• Manage recruitment processes, including initial phone screenings and campus recruiting events
• Develop marketing strategies to meet hiring goals and ensure minimum staffing requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
• Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
• Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology
• Experience with ICIMS is a plus
