Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent
• Collaborate with HR leadership to align total rewards programs with overall people strategy
• Manage job leveling, salary surveys, and market analysis to inform compensation decisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience in a total rewards leadership role
• Experience in the technology industry preferred
• Proven track record of supporting a globally distributed workforce
• Experience with M&A processes is a significant asset
• Bachelor's Degree and relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, CCP) preferred
