Serve as the Workday HCM system expert and primary point-of-contact for support of business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards
Develop system reporting and analytics to assist HR business partners in identifying trends and empowering leadership decision-making
Manage and update security permissions, access, and settings for HRIS users while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital, Information Systems, or comparable work experience
5+ years of technical architecture experience with HR technology systems
Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Time and Attendance Management, and Benefits and Compensation
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Sheets)
Experience project managing, including partnering with stakeholders and using project management tools such as Jira
