Sr Analyst, HR Systems

The  Sr Analyst, HR Systems supports and maintains applications with a specialization in talent acquisition and performance management technologies. This position, which is part of our Corporate HR team,  partners closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams across multiple divisions to identify technology priorities, gather requirements, and implement changes. The Sr. Analyst serves as a technical point-of-contact: troubleshoots issues, identifies improvement opportunities, performing system functionality testing, and deploying system changes. This position consults with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure systems. 
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead system administrator for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management technologies by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR staff and employees
  • Support recruiting-related systems, processes, tools, and workflows to enable the Recruiting team to work at optimal operational efficiency
  • Controls system access and ensures compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Prepares training, user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
  • Configures, and maintains policy documentation and workflows within the onboarding module
  • Manages vendor relationships with job distribution sites and other talent acquisition partners 
  • Develops standard and custom reports; analyzes metrics and assists stakeholders with interpreting data
  • Communicates with a global team on process updates and change management 
  • Identifies ways to enhance and improve existing systems while maximizing system functionality
  • Liaises with systems stakeholders, including Human Resources, Information Technology, company management, external vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Incorporates diversity and inclusion initiatives into recruiting programs
  • Identifies opportunities to improve talent acquisition systems and processes, such as automating tasks, minimizing manual work, and providing exceptional candidate experience
  • Cross-trains with other members of the HR team and performs other duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Project management skills with experience driving projects from beginning to end
  • Strategic problem solver who can work cross-functionally and understand the impacts of proposed process changes to technology
  • General familiarity with human resource policies and procedures
  • Understands and can accurately interpret recruiting data
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Resourcefulness and exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • High attention to detail with a strong ability to multi-task
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience administering a cloud-based applicant tracking and onboarding system
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting tools
  • Proficient in MS Excel with intermediate to advanced skills, including advanced formulas and functions such as vlookup, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
  • Proficient in G Suite tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides 
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition supporting systems, such as LinkedIn, HireRight, etc.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple key stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience in developing effective written/verbal training for recruitment teams, hiring managers, and employee users
  • Preferred experience with recruiting processes at a company that hires in multiple countries
  • Knowledge of other HR systems, such as Performance Management, Learning, or Compensation a plus
