Workday Benefits Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Benefits Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system administration, design, configuration, enhancement, and deployment support for the Workday Benefits workstream
• Lead the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday HRMS application
• Train and mentor new technical users and develop user procedures and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Four years of programming or systems analysis and design experience; a master's degree may substitute for two years
• 3-5 years of experience as a Benefits lead for Workday implementation and production support
• Deep knowledge of the Workday Benefits module; experience with additional modules is a plus
• Hands-on configuration experience within Workday Benefits
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills required
