Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Growth (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies across product-led and enterprise channels
• Build and optimize multi-channel customer acquisition efforts
• Design and implement programs for activation, conversion, upsell, and retention

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years leading growth at high-growth SaaS companies
• Proven track record of scaling a self-serve product to substantial ARR
• Expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, and lifecycle automation
• Experience in building and leading multi-disciplinary growth teams
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in growth metrics and data tools
