A company is looking for a Vice President of Growth focused on Optum/UHC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the sales strategy for the Optum/UHC partnership
• Build and foster relationships within the UHG universe to drive awareness and revenue growth
• Track and report on partner KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales momentum

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related field
• Significant experience working at Optum or UHC in a growth role or partnering with them for ASO business
• Quantifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Consultative selling experience and ability to manage pipeline strategically
• Passion for improving health and ability to thrive in a mature startup environment
