A company is looking for a Head of Growth (Decibel) to drive user acquisition and liquidity growth through innovative strategies and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for user acquisition and liquidity growth
• Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to optimize growth campaigns and product features
• Build partnerships and manage influencer relationships to enhance user referral growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth leadership, preferably in crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, or fintech
• Proven track record in scaling user bases through social media and community-driven growth
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL and funnel optimization tools
• Experience with AI and automation for marketing and user engagement
• Familiarity with token incentive design and airdrop strategies
