A company is looking for a Head of People Ops and Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead People Ops, Compensation, and Benefits teams, and build additional teams within People Ops
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create scalable systems and processes for people growth
• Enhance reporting and visibility for People Team functions and drive long-term improvements in systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in People Ops and Total Rewards, particularly at scale (1,000-5,000+ headcount)
• Deep expertise in People Ops and Total Rewards, including compliance, policies, compensation, and benefits
• Strong people management skills with a respectful leadership style
• Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to problem-solving
• High resilience and ability to deliver outcomes quickly
