A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to create and execute people initiatives that drive business results and employee development
• Support leaders in organizational design, talent assessment, and operational planning
• Lead the development and execution of talent management programs to enhance employee experience and leadership capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, preferably supporting Product and Engineering teams
• Experience managing employee relations issues on a global scale, with a focus on UK and France preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence people-related decisions
• Proven program implementation skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to translate findings into actionable recommendations
