Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Technical Recruiter to support its Proposal & Business Development team by recruiting key personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and refine position qualifications in collaboration with leadership and proposal teams
• Source and engage technical candidates using advanced recruiting techniques and platforms
• Conduct candidate screenings and maintain reports on recruitment metrics and pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of technical recruitment experience in relevant fields
• Experience recruiting cleared professionals (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Poly)
• Advanced proficiency in Boolean search strings and candidate sourcing techniques
• Strong negotiation skills, especially in salary discussions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
