Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract talent while maintaining a consistent employer brand story
• Consult with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process and ensure effective promotion of open roles in the marketplace

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in a corporate environment
• Experience with automated applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage high requisition volumes in a fast-paced environment
