Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their growing IT, Engineering, AEC, and Professional Talent Solutions practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, engage, and manage candidates through the recruiting life cycle
• Provide sales leads to support new business growth and assist with client recruiting needs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and partners while developing future recruiters

Required Qualifications

• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is desired
• 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, AEC, and/or Professional skill sets preferred
• A competitive attitude with a team player mentality
• A high sense of urgency and a positive can-do spirit
• Expertise in using ATS systems and recruiting tools
