A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for entry-level Campus Programs and Supply Chain/Operations roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection and negotiate offer packages
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes and maintain a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles
  • Experience supporting campus programs and/or operations and supply chain recruiting
  • U.S. Citizenship status required for access to US-only data systems
  • Strong experience in candidate engagement and relationship building
