Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to support their people and culture strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and manager support on HR policies, practices, and programs
• Assist in the performance management cycle, including communication, tracking, and coaching
• Collaborate with HR team members to support talent planning, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist capacity
• Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR standard processes
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
