Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct candidate application audits, ensure ATS compliance, and assist with recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment cycle to execute strategies for sourcing, screening, and hiring
  • Drive employment branding efforts and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs across North America
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with an automated applicant tracking system and internet resume sourcing
  • Experience recruiting entry-level, professional, and technical positions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
