Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts for their Outside Sales organization and support key Engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish best practices and scalable processes as the first in-house recruiter
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
• Proven success in recruiting for outside sales and technical roles
• Experience with creative sourcing techniques and proactive candidate outreach
• Familiarity with Lever or similar ATS platforms
• Ability to operate autonomously and build processes from scratch
