Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Senior Talent Acquisition partners, providing strategic direction and support
  • Partner with the Head of People to develop scalable hiring strategies aligned with company growth
  • Build and manage a comprehensive company-wide hiring strategy that is proactive and data-driven
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on managing and mentoring teams
  • Experience in law firms, finance, consulting, or other professional services environments is preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, including process optimization and reporting
  • Hands-on experience in designing scalable talent acquisition processes
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to enhance hiring strategies
