Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee client relationships and manage service delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to diverse operations teams and ensure quality of service delivery
• Implement and monitor service delivery metrics, providing timely reports to customers
• Collaborate with Business Development and Client Partner teams to support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise IT systems and services
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams across functional areas
• Highly adaptable with strong organizational and analytical skills
