A company is looking for an FHA Team Lead, Field Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage conveyance timelines and perform neglect reviews
• Act as the subject matter expert for asset specialists and asset coordinators
• Conduct process audits and handle escalations from clients and vendors

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Practical office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products
• Basic knowledge of mortgage terms (preferred)
• Experience in Property Management, Construction, REO, or Property Insurance (preferred)
