Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Services Planner to support professional learning services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the scheduling, staffing, and completion of professional learning services in assigned territories
• Maintain accurate records in the scheduling tool and lead preparation activities for service sessions
• Confirm session details with customers and ensure timely completion of preparation and close-out activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating professional learning or other services
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
• Proactive communicator with strong customer-centric orientation
• Team player committed to excellence and integrity
