Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating operational spending and capital tracking activities
  • Monitor and track internal spend activity to prevent overages and support timely reconciliation
  • Maintain dashboards and tools for visibility into business operations, including invoice tracking and PO management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in operational planning and financial tracking
  • Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes
  • Ability to support process documentation and standardization across divisions
