• Oversees hiring, performance management, and training of team members while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Implements new products and workflows while maintaining enrollment system integrity and service quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Health Care related field or two years of relevant business or health insurance experience
• One year of experience in a lead position related to enrollment and eligibility
• Demonstrated intermediate knowledge with Facets or similar enrollment eligibility systems
• Two years of supervisory experience
