A company is looking for a Startup Community Operations Associate to support the delivery of Startup Community programs in partnership with local organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Startup Community programs, including planning activities, meetings, and events
• Coordinate scheduling of mentors, speakers, and partners efficiently
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and founder experience

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years in project or program management within technology, startups, or entrepreneurship
• Strong interest in startups and entrepreneurship discourse
• Experience in creating and managing project timelines and plans
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in event planning and logistics
