Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the Workforce Management Platform for forecasting, scheduling, and reporting call center statistics
• Manages Workforce Management staff in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning activities
• Conducts forecasting and creates staffing schedules while monitoring real-time adherence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) and workforce planning
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Demonstrated independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
