Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support sourcing strategies for creative roles
• Attend intake meetings to understand open roles and assess candidate quality
• Create talent market maps and conduct recruiter screens to inform sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of sourcing experience for design and marketing roles
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools
• Well-versed in Boolean search techniques
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with evolving sourcing strategies
