Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement go-to-market hiring strategies aligned with business objectives
• Coach and mentor team members while managing full-cycle recruitment for sales positions
• Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the company at networking events

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with 3-5 years in SaaS sales recruitment
• Deep understanding of sales roles and performance indicators
• Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and sourcing strategies
• Experience creating data-driven reports and executive summaries
• Global or multi-region recruitment experience preferred
