Coordinate employee leaves of absence in compliance with state and federal laws
Participate in special projects and system-wide initiatives as needed
Support HR Operations in leave and disability management and policy interpretation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or HR certification preferred
Two years of experience in a professional office environment, including one year in Human Resources
Experience and/or training in Microsoft Office applications required
Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and employment laws
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues discreetly
