Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute the full lifecycle recruiting strategy for all GTM, Corporate, and Tech functions
• Build and manage a high-performance team of recruiters and TA operations, driving Talent Density practices
• Instill accountability through recruiting funnel analytics and design scalable workflows to enhance operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles in high-growth companies
• Strong understanding of how recruiting interacts with various business functions
• Proven ability to scale recruiting functions while maintaining talent density
• Experience with modern recruiting tools and systems, such as Greenhouse and AI-driven platforms
• Mastery of recruiting data and metrics to inform decision-making
