Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to provide Human Resources support and guidance to specific business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to develop strategic goals related to employment functions
• Facilitate positive employee relations and ensure legal compliance with HR practices
• Administer recruitment processes and manage training activities within the facility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED minimum
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of HR functions including compensation, staffing, and employee involvement
• Current understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
• SHRM and/or HRCI Certification preferred
