Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of employee benefits globally
• Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits and leave inquiries
• Assist with the rollout of new benefits programs and manage benefit plan renewals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role
• Experience with global benefits is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in high-volume benefits administration is a plus
• Legal right to work in the country where the position is based
