Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with local leadership to develop strategic goals related to employment functions
  • Facilitate positive employee relations and ensure legal compliance with HR strategies
  • Administer recruitment, training, and personnel record maintenance while supporting employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience
  • Solid knowledge of office programs and ability to learn HRIS systems
  • Current knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • SHRM and/or HRCI Certification preferred
