Senior Workday Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Implementation and Configuration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Workday configuration tasks, including security group setup, business process design, and platform settings
• Serve as a Workday subject matter expert during implementation phases and collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, document decisions, and provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation
• Deep understanding of Workday security frameworks and business process configuration
• Experience with Workday platform administration (non-development)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
