A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, Clinical & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing coaching and data-driven insights
  • Partner with leaders to navigate organizational change while minimizing impact on employee retention
  • Drive performance review processes to ensure equitable and actionable feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of progressive People/HR experience, preferably in startup or high-growth organizations
  • 3+ years in a Business Partner or strategic People Partner role with proven success in driving business outcomes
  • Experience with clinical & operational teams in a remote-first environment is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and data-oriented approach
  • High emotional intelligence and effective coaching and influencing skills
