Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Perform candidate searches using various recruiting resources and methods
• Interview applicants and maintain employment records

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of customer service-related experience required
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
• Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
• Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment and selection
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
