A company is looking for a Veterinary Talent Acquisition Partner to join their recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hospital leaders to understand hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruiting
  • Source, screen, and recommend top talent for various roles within hospitals
  • Build relationships with veterinary technician programs and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or healthcare setting
  • Experience with Workday ATS and Phenom CRM strongly preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment
  • A passion for pets and people, with experience in the veterinary or healthcare field being a bonus
