Employee Experience Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Experience Associate to support training and human resources efforts within the Employee Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design of internal curricula and eLearning modules
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support for instructor-led trainings and onboarding sessions
  • Maintain and update training content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee the employee recognition platform
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Visual Arts, Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with eLearning or digital learning preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook calendar management
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and collaborative culture
